Paint only looks as good as the surface under it. We open up cracks, fill them with appropriate compounds, and seal hairline cracks with flexible fillers so they do not immediately reappear.
Uneven or patched areas are levelled with a skim coat, then the whole surface is sanded flat, dust removed, and nails, dents and joints made good. The result is a smooth, uniform base that takes primer and finish paint evenly.
