Water damage, leaks or impact can leave ceiling boards stained, soft or sagging. We remove the damaged section safely, check the framing above, and replace boards with new gypsum of the same thickness.
New boards are fixed to the existing structure, joints taped and filled, and the area sanded flush with the surrounding ceiling so the repair disappears after painting. Where damage came from a leak, we advise on fixing the source before closing up.
The worksite is protected during removal and cleaned before handover.
